Refund & Returns Policy
At The Crown Movement, every crown is crafted and selected with great care to help you feel your most confident self. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we’re here to make it right with kindness and clarity.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and handling standards, worn or damaged crowns cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at
info@thecrownmovement.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and limited-edition crowns are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us before returning your item — we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
